Client: Regional Wholesale Distributor serving Fast-Food Restaurant
Scope: Accelerated stand-up of regional wholesale distribution operations supplying 280 McDonnalds locations

Duration: 6 months


  • Facilitated weekly coordination across seven client workstreams including logistics, IT, procurement, and operations
  • Coordinated order system integration including master data, predictive ordering, online ordering, pick lists, shipping documentation, and invoicing
  • Supported operational readiness including truck leasing, warehouse setup, driver training, and refrigerated transport certification

Scope: Rollout of SaaS legal case management system for 55-attorney litigation department

Duration: 4 months


  • Facilitated rollout of enterprise SaaS legal case management platform across litigation teams
  • Coordinated migration of court filings and active case records into the new system
  • Structured standardized digital filing taxonomy and case workflows for attorneys and staff
  • Organized training and pilot rollout with legal teams prior to full deployment


Result: Client litigation teams transitioned to the new platform with historical records migrated and staff operational on the system.

Digital Revamp of Insurance Product

Client: Global Property & Casualty Insurance Carrie
Scope: Digitization revamp of insurance product

Duration: 9 months


  • Facilitated cross-functional workshops with underwriting, operations, and technology teams to document current-state policy issuance processes and pain points
  • Facilitated capture of as-is and to-be workflow, roadmap, and high-level business requirements
  • Facilitated feedback on wireframe designs and software demonstrations to align team on expected final design. 
  • PM discipline on confronting issues, following up on action items and tracking progress-to-plan.


Result: Client teams launched a fully digital quote-to-bind process, replacing manual workflows and enabling nationwide online distribution of the product.

Recovery of Late Project for API-Driven Products

 Client: Global Property & Casualty Insurance Carrier
Scope:  RAPI-based integration enabling digital distribution of commercial insurance product

Duration:  9 months


  • Facilitated alignment between underwriting, architecture, vendor platform teams, and internal development groups after the initiative had stalled
  • Structured workshops documenting current policy issuance workflows, pain points, and system dependencies
  • Coordinated development of to-be process flows, high-level requirements, and API interaction models
  • Guided creation of wireframes and broker-facing user journeys supporting quote and bind workflows


Result: Client teams delivered a digital quote-to-bind capability integrating internal and vendor services through APIs, enabling online distribution of a previously manual insurance product.

Post-Merger Integration – Insurance Acquisition

Client: Global Insurance Holding Company
Scope: IT Integration of acquired property & casualty insurer
Duration: 6 months


  •  Facilitated assessment of acquired company systems, documenting application inventory, dependencies, technical constraints, and contract obligations
  • Drove alignment on application strategy (retain, replat form, retire) 
  • Facilitated daily standup meetings for application development, IT infrastructure and procurement teams. 
  • Aggregated status, documented issues and risks and drove timely decision-making. 
  • Facilitated UAT preparation and execution.


Result: Successful big-bang cut-over of prioritized applications.  Systems were functional on new domain, in new data center with systems functioning and data fully migrated.

Integration Testing for Insurance Acquisition

Client: Global Property & Casualty Insurance Carrier
Scope: Integration testing for insurance company merger involving 270+ systems
Duration: 12 months


  • Staffed QA team including test lead, test engineers, and testers associates 
  • Structured test planning and deliverables - test strategy, test plans, test cases.
  • Facilitated interviews and test deliverable review/sign-off for with system owners and business users
  • Established bug triage and test progress reporting  


Result: Client leaders were aligned on the test strategy.  Alignment on the test schedule and plans.  Staff were in-place to conduct tests.  Communications were established to communicate bugs and report test progress.
